We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, company, billing details, project specs)
and technical data (IP address, browser type, referral source) to deliver bespoke AI &
digital services.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used strictly to fulfil service contracts, process invoices, communicate project
progress, deliver assets, maintain security, and comply with legal requirements. We do not
sell your personal data.
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed via secure PCI-compliant gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Payoneer). We do not
store credit-card or bank credentials on our servers.
4. AI Technologies & Processing
Some services use AI models for rendering, code generation and video synthesis. All AI deliverables undergo
human verification before dispatch.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your records anytime by emailing

1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By ordering or using OmniflonexAi services, you confirm you are at least 18 and legally authorised to
enter binding service contracts.
2. Project Engagement & Scope
A project begins upon proposal approval, requirement submission, and receipt of the agreed advance. Work
beyond the agreed scope requires a supplemental estimate.
3. Intellectual Property
Clients receive full commercial rights and copyright assignment for final custom deliverables upon full
payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, internal tools and workflow systems.
4. Client-Supplied Assets
You warrant that all brand assets, logos and media provided are legally owned or licensed by you.
OmniflonexAi holds no liability for infringement arising from client-supplied assets.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

1. Commencement
Work begins after proposal acceptance and initial deposit. Due to the bespoke, resource-intensive nature of
custom AI, 3D web and video production, services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case only if (a) a duplicate payment was charged in error, or (b) we are
unable to start the project for reasons solely within our control.
3. Client Delays
If required assets or feedback are not provided for 30+ consecutive days without notice, we may pause or
archive the project slot.
4. Disputes
Please contact hello@omniflonexai.com to resolve any billing query before raising a bank
dispute or chargeback.

We use essential cookies (site functionality), and preference cookies
(remember settings like currency).
2. Third-Party Cookies
Embedded media and payment gateways may set their own cookies, governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

OmniflonexAi uses artificial intelligence for image, video, 3D and code generation. Every deliverable is
reviewed and refined by human specialists before delivery.
2. Accuracy & Human Oversight
While we maintain high quality standards, AI-generated content may require iteration. Structured revision
rounds are included per project agreement.
3. Copyright & Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive commercial ownership of final deliverables. Clients are responsible for
ensuring their intended use complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
