2. How does this differ from the Referral & Affiliate Program?
The Referral Program is a zero-fee program where individuals refer direct buyers through a tracking link and earn a 10% commission reward. The B2B Reseller Program is a commercial wholesale arrangement where you purchase services from us at wholesale rates and resell them under your own client contracts. Resellers retain 100% of their client profit margin, manage their own clients, and receive white-label deliverables.
3. Can I set my own prices for my clients?
Yes, 100%. OmniflonexAi provides wholesale partner pricing to you as the buyer. You possess total commercial autonomy to charge your clients whatever fee you deem appropriate (e.g., $1,500, $3,000, or $5,000+). We have zero control or claim over your retail pricing or profit margins.
4. Does OmniflonexAi communicate directly with my clients?
Never. OmniflonexAi operates strictly as your back-office production vendor. All project correspondence, briefs, revisions, and deliveries flow exclusively between our studio and your designated agency representative. Your clients remain exclusively yours.
5. Can I deliver the work under my own agency brand (white-label)?
Yes. All deliverables purchased under the B2B Reseller Program are unbranded and white-label ready. You are free to deliver them to your client under your own brand, agency portfolio, or proprietary packaging.
6. How does the order discount progression work?
Progression is based on legitimate, paid, completed B2B orders: Order #1 grants a 10% Service Credit on your paid amount; Order #2 receives a 5% instant discount; Order #3 receives 10%; Order #4 receives 15%; and Order #5 onward receives a 20% wholesale discount on qualifying orders placed while an Access Plan is active.
7. What is the benefit of Order #1?
Order #1 is billed at standard catalog price. Upon successful payment, 10% of your paid order amount is credited directly to your B2B Reseller Service Credit balance. This credit can be applied toward subsequent B2B wholesale orders for up to 365 days.
8. How is the 10% Service Credit calculated and redeemed?
Credits are calculated on the net cash paid for Order #1. Credits are promotional, non-withdrawable, have no cash surrender value, and expire 365 days after issue. When placing subsequent orders while an Access Plan is active, you can redeem credits up to 10% of orders under USD $1,000, and up to 20% of orders equal to or exceeding USD $1,000.
9. What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled or refunded orders do not advance your order progression count. Payments for completed or in-progress production phases are non-refundable. Any refund agreed in writing covers only undelivered work. If an order is refunded or charged back, any progression level or Service Credits earned from it are immediately reversed.
10. Is there a membership or program access fee?
Yes. Following business verification and digital agreement execution, resellers select from three approved B2B Reseller Access plans: 30-Day Access (USD $47 launch price; regular price USD $59), 6-Month Access (USD $174 / Save $75), or 12-Month Access (USD $269 / Save $180). All Access Plans are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. Access Plan fees are non-refundable once activated.
11. Why is there a B2B access fee?
The access fee filters out casual shoppers, protects our wholesale pricing integrity, covers dedicated commercial compliance vetting, and funds studio production capacity reserved specifically for verified commercial partners.
12. How does business and tax verification work?
Our compliance desk reviews your company registration, physical address, web presence, and Tax ID (EIN, VAT, GST, or local trade license). We do not run credit checks; we verify that your business is an authentic commercial trading entity.
13. Who is eligible to become an OmniflonexAi B2B Reseller?
Digital agencies, marketing consultants, web design firms, video production companies, software developers, and independent creative directors with verified business standing are eligible to apply.
14. What agreement do I need to sign before purchasing?
You must sign the OmniflonexAi B2B Reseller Agreement (v2026.2). This agreement governs independent contractor status, IP transfer, warranty boundaries, pricing autonomy, and confidentiality. It is signed digitally inside your partner portal.
15. How are revisions and project changes handled?
Each eligible service includes 2 structured rounds of revisions against the agreed project brief. Out-of-scope alterations or client changes requested by the reseller after delivery are quoted at standard wholesale revision rates.
16. Who owns the intellectual property and commercial copyrights?
Upon receipt of full payment, OmniflonexAi assigns full commercial usage rights to the reseller. The reseller may transfer or license these deliverables to their end-client as specified in their own client contract.
17. Can I use OmniflonexAi's brand or claim to be an employee?
No. Resellers are independent business buyers. You may not claim to be an employee, agent, branch, or legal representative of OmniflonexAi, nor use our trademarked assets without explicit written authorization.
18. What services are available for B2B resale?

19. What payment methods are supported for wholesale purchases?
We accept international corporate credit cards (via Stripe/Razorpay), PayPal Corporate, Payoneer, and direct International SWIFT/ACH Bank Wire transfers for enterprise bulk orders.
20. What happens if my B2B access plan expires?
When an Access Plan expires, you cannot place new wholesale orders until you buy a new plan. Paid orders in progress will be completed. Your earned order progression level and unexpired Service Credits stay on record for 12 months after expiry and are restored if a new Access Plan is bought within that period.
21. Can I earn commissions by referring or recruiting other resellers?
No. Resellers earn nothing from recruiting other resellers. The B2B Reseller Program is strictly a commercial wholesale purchasing arrangement and pays no referral commissions, recruitment bonuses, downline overrides, team bonuses, or multi-level compensation. Any separate OmniflonexAi Referral Program is single-level, free to join, and governed by its own terms.
22. What happens if a reseller engages in fraud or chargebacks?
Any fraudulent submissions, unauthorized chargebacks, or intentional misuse of services will result in immediate termination of partner access, forfeiture of credits, and referral to commercial legal authorities.
23. Are there minimum order quotas to maintain my discount tier?
Currently, there are no monthly minimum order quotas. Once you achieve Order #5 (Tier 5 20% discount), you maintain that 20% wholesale discount on all future qualifying orders while your Access Plan is active.
