VIP Membership Terms & Conditions

Service Credits
Service Credits can be applied toward up to 10% of the project value for projects below $1,000, and up to 20% for projects of $1,000 or more. Service Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Membership Validity
Renewal Credit Guarantee
If the member does not use any Service Credits during the entire membership period (100% unused balance), they may claim a Renewal Credit within 30 days after membership expiry.
The Renewal Credit equals 50% of the original membership fee and can only be applied toward purchasing a new OmniflonexAi VIP Membership.

Renewal Credit Conditions
- Not redeemable for cash
- Non-transferable
- Must be claimed within 30 days after expiry
- Becomes invalid if any Service Credits have been used
General Terms
- Membership benefits apply only to the registered member or authorized organization.
- Discounts and Service Credits cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in writing.
- OmniflonexAi reserves the right to update future membership plans without affecting active memberships.
Pricing, Billing & Payment
VIP membership is sold as a prepaid plan at the price displayed on the membership page at the time of purchase, in USD. Applicable taxes are charged as required by Indian law. Payment is collected up front through our invoicing process or a hosted payment gateway; membership benefits activate only after the payment is received and verified by OmniflonexAi.
Prices for future terms may change. Any change is communicated before renewal and never alters the price of a term you have already paid for.
Term, Renewal & Auto-Renewal
Membership runs for the term stated at purchase (the "Membership Term") from the activation date. Memberships do not auto-renew and no payment method is stored or charged automatically. Before the term ends we send a renewal reminder; renewal takes effect only when you choose to pay for a new term.
If auto-renewal is introduced in the future, it will be opt-in, disclosed at the point of purchase with the amount and renewal date, and cancellable at any time before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@omniflonexai.com from the email address registered to the membership. Cancellation stops any future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current Membership Term.
On cancellation, benefits remain available until the end of the paid term. Unused Service Credits expire at the end of the term and are not carried forward, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once benefits have been used (for example a VIP discount applied to a project, or Service Credits redeemed). If no benefit has been used, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@omniflonexai.com; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, less any non-recoverable gateway fees.
Service Credits themselves have no cash value and are never refundable. Our general Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to project work and applies alongside these terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These VIP Membership Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the membership.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by written notice to compliance@omniflonexai.com within 30 days before commencing proceedings.
Changes to these Terms & Contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The version number and effective date above are updated with every change, and material changes are emailed to active members at least 14 days in advance. Changes never reduce the benefits of a Membership Term you have already paid for.
