6. How much do I earn as a Referral Partner?
You earn 10% of the final eligible amount actually paid by your client (net of client discounts and taxes). Orders 1 and 2 are issued as promotional Service Credit; Orders 3 and beyond are issued as withdrawable Cash Commission.
7. Why are Orders 1 and 2 rewarded in Service Credit instead of cash?
Orders 1 and 2 establish the partnership relationship and provide partners with promotional Service Credits to experience our 3D web and AI creative production firsthand. From Order 3 onwards, rewards transition permanently into withdrawable Cash Commission.
8. When do I start earning cash commission?
You start earning cash commission beginning on Order #3 from each referred client. All subsequent eligible orders placed by that client within the 1-year relationship window generate cash commission.
9. How are cash commissions paid out, and what is the minimum withdrawal?
Cash commissions are paid via International Bank Wire, PayPal, or Payoneer. The minimum withdrawal threshold is $100 USD. Once your available cash balance reaches $100, you can request a payout from your Partner Dashboard.
10. What is the 30-day review/hold period?
Every reward enters a 30-day verification hold starting upon project invoice payment. This window ensures project delivery milestones are satisfied and protects against cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks. After 30 days, approved rewards transition automatically to available status.
11. How long does the referral relationship last?
Each direct referral relationship is valid for exactly 1 full year (365 days) from the date the client registers through your referral link. You earn on all eligible repeat orders placed by that client within that 365-day period.
12. What happens when a referred client buys a VIP Membership?
If your referred client buys a VIP Membership, BOTH you and your client receive promotional Service Credit ($50 each for Standard VIP, $100 each for Silver VIP, or $150 each for Gold VIP). Zero cash commission is generated on VIP membership fees.
13. How do I use my promotional Service Credits?
Service Credits are promotional balance credits usable on your own project bookings with OmniflonexAi. You can apply credits up to 10% on invoices under $1,000, and up to 20% on invoices of $1,000 or more. Credits are valid for 1 full year (365 days) from issuance.
14. Why is identity verification (KYC) required before link activation?
Identity verification maintains compliance with financial regulations, prevents fraudulent self-referrals, and protects our global brand partners. It ensures our ecosystem consists of authentic, verified individuals and agencies.
15. What ID documents are accepted?
We accept Government-issued National ID cards, International Passports, Driver's Licenses, and PAN cards (for Indian residents).
16. What happens if an order is refunded or disputed?
If an order is refunded or subject to a payment dispute, any pending reward associated with that transaction is automatically reversed and cancelled in the rewards ledger.
17. Can I refer my own projects or companies I own?
No. Self-referrals (referring yourself, your personal alternate accounts, or entities where you hold primary beneficial ownership) are strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension.

Referral & Affiliate Program — Program Terms

How a referral qualifies. A referral qualifies when a new client you referred, using your referral link or code, completes a paid project of the minimum value stated on this page. Attribution is recorded at sign-in; a client already in conversation with OmniflonexAi cannot be claimed as a referral.

Eligibility & verification. Rewards, credits, coupons and commissions are issued only after OmniflonexAi has received and verified the underlying client payment. We may withhold or reverse any reward linked to a payment that is refunded, charged back, disputed, or obtained through self-referral, fake accounts, spam, misrepresentation of OmniflonexAi, or any other abuse of this program.

No cash value. Service Credits and discount coupons are promotional benefits, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire as stated in the program rules above.

Changes & withdrawal. OmniflonexAi may modify or end this program at any time. Changes take effect from their published date and do not affect rewards already earned and verified before that date.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This program is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this program. Disputes must first be raised in writing to compliance@omniflonexai.com, and we will respond within 30 days.

Relationship to other terms. These program terms apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. Where they conflict, these program terms govern for this program only.
