Credit Guidelines
  • You can never use more credits than your available balance.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • First project cannot use credits (as per existing rules).
  • Partner Service Credits can be used only on the partner's own OmniflonexAi orders, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 365 days after issue.
Actual Usage Rule: Actual credits used will be the lower of your available Service Credit balance or the maximum allowed amount for that invoice. (Example: $500 invoice with $200 available credits → maximum $50 credits used).

OmniflonexAi Seller Partner Full Terms (v2026.2)

Comprehensive operating standards, commission policies, and conduct rules governing all active referral partners.

1. Free Enrollment & No Purchase Requirement

Joining the OmniflonexAi Seller Partner Program is 100% free. No purchase of any service, membership plan, or subscription is ever required to join, participate, earn rewards, or maintain active partner status.

2. Single-Level Direct Referral Model (Strict Anti-MLM)

The program operates exclusively on a single-tier, direct-referral basis. Partners earn commission solely on eligible purchases made by direct clients they introduce. OmniflonexAi pays no referral commissions, recruitment bonuses, downline overrides, or multi-level compensation of any kind for introducing other partners.

3. Commission Basis, Credit-vs-Cash Rule & Payouts

Commissions equal 10% of the final net amount actually paid by the referred client, after all applied discounts, promotions, and credits. Order counting aggregates all completed, non-refunded orders across all referred clients combined: the partner's first 2 qualifying orders are rewarded as promotional Service Credit (valid 365 days on partner's own orders); the 3rd qualifying order onward is rewarded as withdrawable cash. All rewards undergo a mandatory 30-day security hold after project completion. Minimum cash withdrawal is $100.00 USD via Bank Wire, PayPal, or Payoneer.

4. Commission Reversal for Refunds & Chargebacks

In the event of a client refund, cancellation, or payment chargeback, any associated pending commission is cancelled immediately. If commission has already been disbursed, the equivalent amount will be reversed and deducted from future partner earnings or ledger balances.

5. Fraud Prevention & Forfeiture Protection

Self-referrals (referring your own accounts or businesses you own), creating fake accounts, cookie stuffing, and clickjacking are strictly prohibited. Commission forfeiture occurs only upon proven material breach of these terms, and OmniflonexAi will provide a written statement of reasons to the partner.

6. Marketing Conduct, Disclosures & Advertising Restrictions

Partners must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting OmniflonexAi (e.g., "I earn a commission if you purchase through my link"). Partners must never make guaranteed income, results, or earnings claims, engage in unsolicited messaging (spam), or bid on OmniflonexAi brand terms or trademarks in paid search advertising.

7. Independent Contractor Status

Partners operate solely as independent contractors. Nothing in this program creates an employer-employee, agency, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership relationship between the partner and OmniflonexAi.

8. Taxation & Statutory Deductions

Commissions may be subject to applicable tax deduction at source (TDS) under Indian tax laws or international withholding regulations. Partners are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable local, state, and national income taxes. Cross-border partners must submit requested tax forms prior to payout release.

9. Program Modifications & Advance Notice

OmniflonexAi may update commission rates or program terms with prior advance notice posted on the portal or sent via email. Legitimate commissions already earned and verified under active terms prior to any revision will not be retroactively cancelled or reduced.

10. Termination & Post-Termination Payouts

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time upon written notice. Upon termination, all verified, eligible commissions earned prior to the termination date will still be disbursed in accordance with standard payout thresholds, except in cases involving verified fraud, abuse, or illegal conduct.

11. Privacy & Partner Data Handling

Partner registration, KYC documents, and payout data are handled securely in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. Data is utilized exclusively for identity verification, tax compliance, fraud prevention, and commission processing.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
